Last April, I had the honor of working with Bonnie Berry Photography to help capture her clients’ Austin wedding at Mercury Hall.

It was truly an amazing day, thanks in large part to some of the best wedding vendors in Austin: Becky Brock at BZ Events, the fabulous design folks at Petal Pushers, wonderful food from Word of Mouth Catering, and of course Bonnie Berry — who not only shot her heart out, but was instrumental in bringing me on board and letting me run wild.  Thank you, Bonnie!

It was such a fabulous wedding that The Knot decided to feature it in it’s Fall / Winter 2010 issue that is available on newsstands nationwide (it’s also featured online).  And I was pleasantly surprised to see that several of my photos were published!

Tammy and Chris had a gorgeous laid-back-South-Austin-style ceremony at Mercury Hall last Saturday.  After all the chaos of the formals was over and every last person booked it out of there to join the reception already in progress, the bride and groom took a moment to just be, and to take in the fact that they’re married. What a beautiful moment! What a fantastic couple! I’m still pouring through the images I took on their big day (second shooting for my friend Sherry of Sherry Hammonds Photography), but these were too good to pass up… just wanted to “share the love”…
