Jessica and I went down to the Pecan Street Festival (first and last time – it was pretty lame) this past weekend and popped in to Max’s Wine Dive for lunch while we were downtown.  This is the Texas “Haute“ Dog with Texas Prairie Fire Chili (along with the requisite beer).  Crazy good.
